Restorative Yoga

Born out of Yoga for Runners, this gentle, low-intensity class will complement any active body. We'll move through joint mobilization, gentle flows, self-myofascial release, one or two strengthening postures, and finally settle into some static stretching. This yoga class will loosen tight spots, especially the hips, and help increase fluidity of movement. For those who haven't tried yoga, this 'almost-yoga' class is a great introduction to some of the postures and will bring your body’s strength and flexibility into harmony. We’ll generally focus more on the lower body. You'll leave feeling some Zen.
