Prenatal Yoga

This is yoga specifically designed for pregnancy. Classes teach breath and body awareness, somatic movement, as well as strengthening and stretching techniques that support your changing body. There will be a pelvic floor component and a challenging strength component to help you increase confidence for birth. Some easy and fun hip movements, yoga postures and breathing techniques for relaxation and a restorative yoga pose at the end to help your body to find rest.
