Happy Hips

Got some aches and pains and maybe a few injuries causing a hitch in your stride? Are you paying the price for not doing your physio homework? This six-week series will get you back on track, with strengthening, mobilization, and self myofascial release. There will be homework, but you will leave with tools to make yoga work for your body. Combining Pilates, yoga, strengthening and rolling techniques, this series will leave you with a personalized routine that you can work into your day to keep things moving.
