Are you new to yoga but keen to give it a try? Are you worried about attending your first class? Have you ever wanted to ask questions during a yoga class, but didn't want to disrupt the flow? Have you wondered why you were doing something or what the benefits were?
This 2-hour workshop will give you the basics and allow time to discuss and question. It will give you building blocks and tools to make yoga work for your body. During the first 45 minutes, we will move through common yoga poses and work individually to get comfortable in them. There will be a take-home handout. The second part of the workshop will be a movement class ending with Yoga Nidra.
